With numerous resources to choose from – including IT user groups, job fairs, major and minor job boards, networked connections, community relationships, and a few “Tricks of the Trade” we have developed over the years – we cover all bases to make sure we find the best people for the job.
After a detailed Q and A with our customers designed to clearly define any requirements, we comprehensively pre-screen candidates to ensure that their technical and “soft” skills match up appropriately. Of course, both employers’ and employees’ needs are taken into account throughout the process to insure both parties can professionally benefit from an introduction.
For each candidate we work with, we drill down and establish compatibility on a number of attributes – including work history, technical skills, availability, salary, stance on travel/commute, and over all environmental fit to the position.
Our interview process has many tiers, to include multiple interactions with our managers and recruiters, company hiring managers/direct supervisors, technical evaluations and background screening when applicable.
